Our hot water heater went out 6 months ago. We got a few OUTRAGEOUSLY HIGH quotes from plumbers on replacing it and decided a new water heater was out of reach for us. I saw J&T Plumbing's truck in town and thought I'd give them a call. After all, they're a local family business (as are we.) I'm so glad I called. They came out for the quote very quickly, and once we accepted their extremely reasonable quote, they got us on the calendar right away. They installed our new heater this morning and did an EXCELLENT job! Everything is neat and organized, and very clean! Renee at the office was so easy to work with and informative! Michael did the install and we couldn't be happier. They have earned our business forever.

We bought a fridge from NFM and didn't have the right valve set up. I called this company and the woman I spoke with to set an appointment was so helpful. She knew exactly what we needed because of their experience with this issue and NFM. I told her I would not be home but my partner would be as he's in a wheelchair, so please ask the technician to give him time to get to the door. She asked for his name and number and she'd have them call ahead to give him plenty of time to get into his wheelchair. The technician was also extremely helpful and kind with my partner. They actually offered to help with more than what we requested and we can't thank them enough. Above and beyond all around. Thank you!!! Will definitely be using this business for any future plumbing needs.

Fantastic service! We have an old house and old plumbing. Jeff & his coworker came out today, and we just called this morning. They arrived well within the time frame stated, and took care of our clogged kitchen sink. He found an old deteriorating sponge in the pipes. How it got there, who knows. They're highly communicative and professional, with solid knowledge and great skills. Highly Recommend!
